Recorded where the work happens
- A 25 point vehicle health check, completed on a phone at the hoist, with photos and video captured in the app.
- Media is normalised to a web friendly format on the server, so an iPhone recording does not break the customer's browser.
- Nothing has to be exported by the technician: capturing is the whole job.
A link the customer can read
- Each inspection gets an unguessable token link that opens without a login, on any phone.
- The customer sees the findings, the media and the recommended work, and can approve from the page.
- The link can be withdrawn, and it is excluded from search engines by design.
What it replaces
Paper checklists, a camera roll and a text message that says 'sent you some photos'.
