RattleGun is onboarding a small number of Australian workshops. The pilot is a real migration and a real week of work.
What a pilot includes
- Migration of customers, vehicles, stock and service history from your current system, run against your export rather than re-keyed.
- Your numbering, templates, logo and signature set up before day one.
- Your own workshop tenant with its own records. Nothing shared with another business.
- A phone number for customer messages that belongs to your workshop, not borrowed from someone else's.
- Training for the front desk and the technicians, on the screens they will actually use.
What we ask of you
- A real week of work, not a demo dataset. The product is only proven by your jobs.
- One person who owns the switchover and can say yes.
- Feedback with the words you would use, not the words a survey offers.
- Permission to fix what is broken rather than work around it.
How the switch happens
We run beside your current system until a full week closes without a question you cannot answer in the product. The old system stays readable the whole time. You keep a CSV export of everything, on any day, for no fee.
