Invoices that reconcile
Money is stored as decimal to the cent. Totals add up, GST rounds the way it should, and every payment is a row you can see.

Built to balance
- Line totals, GST and invoice totals are computed in the database with numeric decimals, and the invoice cannot be edited into a state that disagrees with its payments.
- Part payments and reversals are recorded, not overwritten, so a customer statement is a history rather than a single number.
- Voiding an invoice raises a credit note instead of deleting the evidence.
Sent, not printed
- Invoices render to PDF with the workshop's own details, logo and signature, and can be emailed to the customer in one step.
- Payments against an invoice are held against the job, so the work order shows what it earned.
- Exports to CSV exist for every list, which is also how your accountant can have the data today.
What it replaces
An invoice template in Word, a calculator and a bank feed you reconcile by hand at month end.
