Approvals that are written down

The quote lives on the job it belongs to. Approval is a token link, not a phone call nobody can prove later.

A quote is the job

  • Parts and labour on the quote are the same lines that become the invoice, so nothing is re-keyed and nothing drifts.
  • Send the quote as a link; the customer approves it on their phone and the job moves to approved.
  • A replayed or forged approval token is refused, and the attempt is visible in the record.

The awkward conversations

  • Additional work found during the job is quoted separately and approved separately, with a record of who approved what and when.
  • Declined work stays on the job as declined, which turns into the follow up list rather than being deleted.
  • Nothing leaves the workshop without an approved amount behind it.
What it replaces

Verbal approvals, a highlighted PDF and an argument about whether the customer agreed to the extra two hours.
