Pricing that survives a busy month
One price per workshop, not a meter running on your own customers.
Pricing
Per workshop, per month, in Australian dollars
We quote in writing after we know how many bays, technicians and sites you run. Nothing is charged per message, per job or per customer.
Solo
One bay, one or two people, everything above the line.
- Bookings, work orders, customers and vehicles
- Digital inspections and customer links
- Quotes, invoices and payments
- Service schedules with SMS and email reminders
- CSV export on every list
Workshop
A fixed site with a front desk, several bays and a parts shelf.
- Everything in Solo
- Stock ledger, purchase orders and supplier bills
- Role based access for owner, admin and technician
- One inbox: SMS, web chat and calls
- Reports and cost of goods per job
Group
More than one workshop sharing customers, history and reporting.
- Everything in Workshop
- Separate workshop tenancy per site
- Shared customer, vehicle and service history where you want it
- Consolidated reporting across sites
- Migration and onboarding per site
Tell us how many bays and technicians you have and we will quote it in writing. No setup fee for a pilot workshop, and migration from your current system is part of onboarding.
Questions
Before you ask
Do I have to leave my current system to try this?
No. A pilot runs alongside what you use today. We import customers, vehicles, stock and history from a MechanicDesk export, and you decide when the old system stops being the source of truth.
How long does a migration take?
The import itself is quick because it runs from your export, not from screenshots. The part that takes judgement is deciding what to bring across, particularly stock values and old invoices, so we do that with you before the load.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The screens a technician needs, the diary, the job, the inspection and the timesheet, are built for a phone first. The front desk screens work on a phone as well, they are just less comfortable than a screen.
What happens to my data if I stop?
You export it. Every list in the product has a CSV export, scoped to your workshop, and there is no export fee or negotiation.
Do you support multiple sites?
Each workshop is a separate tenancy with its own records and numbering. Multiple sites are a configuration and pricing conversation rather than a different product.
How is the accounting integration connected?
Xero connects with OAuth and pushes invoices from the product, with the customer PDF attached. MYOB and the supplier ordering networks are in the roadmap, and we say which is live rather than listing a logo and hoping nobody checks.
