Integrations, with the truth next to each logo
Workshop software integrations are usually a wall of logos and no statement of what actually works. Here is the state of every one of ours.
Status
Connected, in build, planned
Connected means a workshop can use it today. In build means the connector exists and is being proven against a live account. Planned means the contract is defined and no connector is registered, so the product says so on the screen.
Xero
ConnectedOAuth connection, chart of accounts mapping, invoice push with the customer PDF attached, credit notes on void and a durable retry queue. Live against a stub provider until an organisation grants access.
Repco Navigator Pro
In buildStock, trade price and per-customer ordering from inside the job. The portal has no public API, so this is a maintained session connector rather than a one-off client.
Burson EzyParts
PlannedCatalogue search, live stock and workshop price straight onto the job.
NAPA PROLink
PlannedThe same connector contract as Repco, against a different trade portal.
MYOB
PlannedLedger push, after Xero. The connection state is reported per workshop, so the screen never implies a connection that does not exist.
EFTPOS
PlannedTake the payment at the counter and record it against the invoice. Gated on a merchant account.
Need a supplier we have not connected?
Tell us which portal your trade account uses. If it has a session we can hold and a screen we can map, it becomes a connector.
